Along with the sun shining, and buds appearing on the plants in my yard, there is something else brewing in me.  Part of me thinks “Oh No! Spring Cleaning!” and another part is eager to get to the job.  There is something so satisfying about clearing out the old and making room for the new.

 So it is with our consciousness as well.  Many of the world’s great thinkers, including me, are so excited about the major leap in consciousness that is occurring.  The Vanguard has jumped.  We see it and we feel it and we know we are all making this leap!  We also know it’s a leap that can’t be made with baggage.    

 What kind of baggage is weighing you down?  What have you been dragging around for years, or months or even days?  Perhaps it’s something you haven’t had the courage to forgive, or perhaps it’s a responsibility that really isn’t yours to carry, but you’ve been carrying it.  Perhaps it’s something you think you’re supposed to be doing, even though your heart is crying.   Let go.  The easiest way to make the leap, is to be fully in the Now.  

 Go ahead, drop that baggage.  You aren’t doing it alone  –  we are leaping together, supporting each other in being authentic and free.  Are you ready?   Whee!   What an experience!

 I love playing in the fields of Infinite Potentiality.  I am in awe of how Life uses me to create a world that works for all.  I am ready for this work.  I was born for this Work.

 I celebrate the One Mind, knowing this is the Mind I am using.  I choose right now to just let go of all that has been holding me back from all I am meant to be.  I let go of my littleness.  I now realize I am already what I’ve always wanted to be, I just thought I wasn’t.  I allowed myself to buy into the old paradigm of “less than.”

 This is no longer my Truth.  I am a whole, complete and perfect expression of The Divine.  My work no longer feels heavy, but light.  I am playing in the fires of Love, joyfully expressing that aspect of The Divine that is uniquely me.  Every area of my Life reflects this joy, and I am pleased.

 Gratefully and humbly I acknowledge all that have gone before me, preparing my way.  I am so glad I am here – it is a good time to be alive!   I release these words, delighting in the Truth of them. And so it is.

 You are My Beloved in whom I am well-pleased.  Yes – YOU!!!

 This weekend, while much of the western world celebrates Valentine’s Day, I’d like you to open your heart even more to Me– the Lover of your Life.  

 My Love is unconditional … I have no requirements for you to experience It – ‘cept one ……

Believe you are Loved.  

When you can’t, I will love you anyway.

 How can I not?  You are my own Life …

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT

 Love is a cosmic urge who’s sweep is irresistible. Love is everywhere, because Love is the Source and substance of all there is.  Love is God.

 Today I am ready and willing to be swept up in Love. I open my heart and let Divine Love express Itself more fully as me. I let go of all requirements I had set up for others to experience my love or for me to experience theirs.  I realize that Love has no favourites, It just Loves. This is my new way of being – I just Love.

 I see and experience Love in every area of my life – in my work, my finances, my health and my relationships. I see Love shining back at me when I look at my reflection in the mirror.  Love is my Life.

 With a grateful, love-filled heart, I release these words into the Law of Mind, knowing they are so, And so It is.

Last night many of us got to attend an evening with  Dr. Michael Beckwith and his wife, Rickie Byers-Beckwith.  These two beautiful Spirits wove words and music together to give us an awesome experience.

How can I grow today?

What can I give?

What can I celebrate along the way?

 

Just in case you don’t know it yet – we’re all about Growth!!   Just look outside at the newly budding trees!   How are you ‘budding’ in consciousness?   Since it is a given that we are going to grow, we might as well acknowledge it and do it consciously!!

 

Dr. Michael said we are not here to get .. we are here to give!   We will ‘get’ naturally by right of our consciousness.  So what can you give to your world today?  Your attention, your love, your compassion, your kindness, your forgiveness?

 

What can you celebrate along this Path of Growth and Service?  Celebrate waking up!! Being alive!  Having senses to experience the world with.  Celebrate your accomplishments big or little.  Celebrate your friends and family.  Celebrate your Self!   You are GodStuff!!

 

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT

 

I recognize the Omnipotence, Omniscience and Omnipresence of The Divine.  Everywhere I look, The Divine has shown up for me to see, even in my mirror.

 

Today I choose to walk the Path of Growth with conscious acceptance.  I no longer am dragged moaning and groaning into my authentic Self.  I am all I desire to be right now.  I open my heart, my mind and my arms to accept my greatness!

 

My life now reflects my willingness to give of myself to my world.  All around me I see good and more good.  I feel peaceful.  I experience the radiance of Life as It flows through me with ease.

 

I celebrate being alive.  I celebrate being able to recognize my Divine Self as my real self.  I am so grateful to know and experience these things.  It is good, very good.

 

I now release these words into the Law of Mind knowing they are my Truth and the Truth sets me free. And So It Is.

The past few days I have been experiencing a cold. Not just a cold, but a COLD.  My ribs hurt from coughing, I couldn’t sleep more than an hour at a time last night because I was so congested and my head was pounding. Walking up and down my stairs felt like climbing a mountain in very thin air. What a mess!! 

 

This morning I read this statement on Facebook:

“The use of love is to heal. When it flows without effort from the depth of the self, love creates health."

--Deepak Chopra

 

It reminded me of a phrase I use quite often when doing a Spiritual Mind Treatments for others:  

“ Love is the greatest healing agent in the Universe.”   

 

Why is it that I Treat so easily for others, but when it comes to me, I don’t???  I fall into the effects and then by focusing on the effects I make things worse.  I know I’m not the only one that does this. Yet Love won’t let us stay in our pity parties – It constantly sends us reminders – Love Notes from the Universe. Today I choose to love my self and let Love create health.

There is One Life – the Divine Energy that moves throughout the Universe.  It is the Source and Substances of all there is.  This Life is the Life I am living. 

 

This Life is filled with Love and Law.  Love points the way and the Law makes the way possible. I now rest in Love, welcoming the Creative Energy as It moves through me, returning me to perfect health.  I declare I have health in every area of my life – my body, my finances, my self-expression and my relationships. I see Love everywhere and this is good.
